Few companies have a deeper grounding in cryp­tocur­rency infra­struc­ture; Blockstream co-founder and CEO Adam Back invented the proof-of-work algorithms used to this day as the foundation for competitive Bitcoin mining. The company operates the Liquid Network, a Bitcoin sidechain that enables Bitcoin users to efficiently exchange security tokens and other digital assets, as well as a range of tools and services such as a Bitcoin wallet, hosted Bitcoin mining, and satellite access to the Bitcoin blockchain.
